If anyone "created" the enterprise cloud market, it would be Amazon Web Services. Force.com's offering is laughable in comparison (coming from an enterprise architect responsible for performing an in-depth comparison of functionality).

Re: Are There Alternatives to Resumes?

The resume has done its job of letting an employer know of a persons basic skills and given them a ruler to measure othesr by. However, it never has really told the whole story of a prospect of given the full picture. This problem has led to a lot of video resume start ups such as gethired.com etc. I don't know if that's the solution either... but it is sure better than a piece of paper

Re: The Concept of the Employee

I enjoyed reading this although I think that both this piece and the attached infographic are pretty limited in application to white collar knowledge based employment.

It seemed to me that Marx was specifically most concerned with the class of society which is least likely to benefit or be positively impacted by the changes to "employee-ism" which you discuss.

I find it hard to imagine the janitor, waiter, or factory worker seeing the workplaces as being that fundamentally different than the one which Marx viewed and railed against.

Re: Four Years of TechCafe

Looking for affordable high-end merchandise, please clickmichael kors handbags and michael kors bags.burberry outlet and louis vuitton outet is a good choice.tory burch handbags and tory burch shoes worth have a look.

Re: Ongoing Pain

I would be happy to sponsor you! (three different treatments on top of the basic office visit so they can add on the bill).

Re: The Definition of Running (Part 2 of 3)

Hi,

Perhaps we could get you guys to host or present?
What do you think - think we can move your name officially into the Alumn
category?

Re: Seattle Lunch 2.0 Alumns on SSI

I work at Robot Co-op and have been to some Lunch 2.0 events.
